University of Colorado Women's Ice Hockey

Spring Semester

Posted January 16, 2014

Our spring schedule is located here.

We are glad to have the girls back in Boulder and we are excited to welcome Corinne Landy back from studying abroad and our new player, sophomore, Andrea Plummer, to the team. The team heads out east this weekend to take on UMass-Amherst, Northeastern, and Rhode Island. We will post updates on our Facebook page: CU Women's Hockey Facebook Page throughout the weekend.

We are a Women's Varsity Collegiate Club Ice Hockey team at the University of Colorado-Boulder. We participate in both the ACHA and the WACH.

The ACHA is the American Collegiate Hockey Association. The purpose of the ACHA is to support quality, unity, and regulation of intercollegiate hockey programs nationwide. Currently, there are over 350 men's and women's ACHA teams. The University of Colorado-Boulder competes at the Women's DI level. For more information about the ACHA, please visit http://achahockey.org/.

The WACH is the Women's Association of Colorado Hockey. WACH aims to provide women a well organized, fun, and safe league for women's teams to participate in. The University of Colorado-Boulder competes in the A1 Division. For more information about the WACH,  please visit  http://wachockey.com/.

We are sustained by donations, club sports, student fees, sponsorship, and fundraising projects lead by our players. We also strive to provide a service to our community by working with the local Arvada girls teams.
